ToyToy sells handcrafted educational toys imported from America (Melissa and Doug) and children’s accessories, that's taking the world by storm (Kidorable). The products are selected based on their fine quality and uniqueness.

Melissa & Doug®is one of the leading designers and manufacturers of educational toys and children's products. From puzzles to puppets, plush to play food, magnetic activities, music and more. The products are imported from America.

Kidorable delights both children and the adults who love them by transforming everyday, functional kids accessories into objects that excite their imaginations and enrich their lives at play. From rainwear to backpacks to knitwear and towels, Kidorable speaks to the precious spirit of childhood.

We sell the products through this website and also directly to customers. You are welcome to come to our showroom (by appointment only) to view the products and to make purchases.

Product Information

We endeavor to keep a full stock of all items however should we be out-of-stock on the items you have ordered, Melissa and Doug toys will take an additional 5 days for delivery and Kidorable 7 days.
Product flaws or defects must be reported in writing within 24hrs of receiving goods.

Payment

Payments for your purchases online are done via EFT (Electronic Transfer). A proforma invoice will be sent to you as soon as you have completed your purchase.
Items will be dispatched once proof of payment has been received. Payments made by cheque will only be released once the funds are cleared.
If payment is not received in full within 48hrs of purchase, orders will be cancelled.

Delivery

Delivery of the products is counter to counter via the Post Office. All parcels are insured and sent for delivery within 5 working days. Cost of delivery is calculated at R40 for the first kg and R5 per kg thereafter. Insurance is 2% of the parcel value. Overnight couriers are available – please contact us for a quote.
